Food and Wine Gourmet Club
We are inviting some prominent and upcoming chefs from Perth and around the country to offer a special evening, with 5 courses and matching wines.
The spots will be limited to 24 people per dinner and based on first come first served. If you bring 4 paying guests with you, the 5th will be complimentary
The night is around $100.00 and the menu will be send out to our newsletter subscribers who will have first choice (if you're not subscribed do it now to avoid missing out)
Lamb Shanks Braised
Learn basic ways for braised Lamb shanks, Mashed Royal blue potatoes and Oven roasted vegetables

Hands on class
Italian Cooking
You don`t have to be in Italy to eat Italian food. This course shows you how to use simple ingredients to prepare mouthwatering dishes that would make any Nonna proud
Coffee and Cocktails
Learn how to make a variety of cocktails, Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic and impress your friend with a great cup of coffee.
The Methods & Basic Principals of Cooking
Enjoy a few hours of (Hands on, Demonstration and Tasting) useful information, tips and hints over three classes. The course covers: Poaching, Grilling, Frying, Steaming, Roasting, Baking, Braising, Boiling as well the foundation to all good kitchens – Brown Stock, Chicken Stock, Béchamel Sauce.
We will also cover Knife Skills, Vegetable Cuts and Food Presentation.
Food & Wine Matching (Dinner)
Enjoy a 5 –7 course gourmet meal demonstration by our chef and we will match each course with an appropriate wine introduced by Musca Agencies
- 2 ½ - 3 hours in length (unless noted otherwise)
- Meal portions are served

Special Night
This nights are designed to get an idea of what to expect when we say " learn to cook like a chef ", for groups 15 to 25 people we offer a variety of demonstration classes from risotto night, mussels night, gnocchi night, Curry and Tom Yum night to a sweet night. Your Choice.
Kids & Teenagers Cooking Class
See how easy it is to use your imagination and cook basic healthy and flavorsome meals. Come alone or with a friend. Remember Cooking can be fun.
BBQ Seafood & Thai
Learn how to create and cook Seafood on your BBQ, using Mediterranean and Thai flavours.
Antipasto and Finger Food
Hands on how to prepare a selection of finger foods and antipasto plates to impress your family and friends.
EIGHT HANDS CULINARY COOKING CLASS GENERAL INFORMATION:
- All cooking classes are held at Eight Hands Culinary Cooking School.
- Classes are demonstration-style, unless noted as "Hands-on", and
- run 2½ - 3 hours in length.
- Hands-on classes run 2 - 3½ hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
- Students receive copies of all recipes used in class.
- Class menu may be altered due to seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Students receive generous sample portions of the dishes demonstrated in class. Samples do not constitute a complete meal unless indicated (i.e., Food & Wine matching Dinners or Chef's Tables)
- Complimentary Water, Coffee, Tea or Soft drink available during class

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cooking class registrations must be received with payment in full.
If you cannot attend class, call us on 0416 126 829 at least 48-HOURS BEFORE
the class and we will give you credit towards a future class or a refund.
If you cancel after the 48-hour time frame or miss a class, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT
will be given.
If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place.
Eight Hands Culinary Cooking School reserves the right to cancel classes.
Class offerings depend on minimum enrolment. In this event, we will notify
you and provide a refund or we will give you credit towards a future class.
You will have 3 months ONLY to use any credit from a cancelled class.
SAFETY & LEGAL NOTICE:
Participation in an Eight Hands Culinary Cooking School Class may involve
student use of cooking equipment and tools in a busy kitchen environment.
It is understood and expressly agreed to by the student that by making payment
for (including the redemption of a gift certificate or volunteering) and/or
by participating in the class the student releases, indemnifies and hold harmless
Eight Hands Unit Trust (and its parent company Fineshow
Investments PTY LTD) and the directors, officers, employees, contractors and
agents of any of them, from any and all liability of any kind for any damages
and/ or injuries incurred in connection with the students attendance at a cooking
class at Eight Hands Culinary Cooking School and understands and accepts the risks inherent in the preparation and cooking
of food with other people in the kitchen.
